This year's promotion is based on coupon redemption: Special Olympics receives 3 cents for every coupon used. There is no limit to the gift, so the more you redeem the coupons or encourage your friends and family the greater the money raised for Special Olympics.

As you all know, the winter games are quickly approaching. Please take the time to read an important message from the Vice President of Program, Steve Fuller, which can be found in the coaches corner. The holiday season is here and we have teamed up with Three Rivers Wreath Company to sell wreaths and partial benefits benefit Special Olympics. For every wreath sold, $5 is donated to us. They are selling 22" double-sided fresh balsam wreaths with a 6-loop red velvet bow, pine cone clusters and red holly berries. We utilize rosters for many reasons such as keeping track of all of our athletes and what they are training in, medical information (if they are going to expire) and once they are entered into the system we are able to use the information to apply for grants, etc. They are very important so please turn them in as soon as possible. - Cafeteria is maintained at minimal heat so please dress appropriately.

Aquatics
Onondaga - Southwest Pool, Fridays, Starts Jan. 8 from 6-7, Coach requests that athletes must be able to swim length of the pool (25 yards) and must be comfortable in deep end (12 feet) Peter's Ice Angels is going to start practicing and they are looking for skaters to participate practices will be Sundays 4-5 pm, where you will learn to skate and be competitive Special Olympic athletes. It will be held at the Skaneateles Community Center, here are the dates:
